For this year’s World Tourism Day, AVI and AustCham will co-host a panel discussion with panelists coming from private tourism sector, NGOs as well as those working closely with Myanmar government to better promote tourism in the country. The panel will focus on Myanmar’s journey in the tourism industry, the effect of COVID-19 on tourism and its contribution to peace.
